When it comes to soup, we brew our own stock for days, extracting the goodness from the main ingredients to form the base of each dish.

This gives us the ability to achieve the natural flavours with out the use of deadly chemicals and artificial flavours. That’s right! No MSG! With the added herbs and other ingredients we create a fusion that allows you to taste the different layers of flavour with each bite.
